Artists, Art enthusiasts, critics and art patrons gathered for an evening at CCA Gallery in Bikaner House for a panel discussion as part of Nayanaa Kanodia''s solo show.
Moderated by Archana Khare-Ghose, the panel included prominent figures from the art fraternity, namely - Sanjeev Kishor Goutam (Director General, NGMA), Nayanaa Kanodia, Prof. K. T. Ravindran (Architect), Sushma K. Bahl (Senior Curator), Sunaina Jain and Uday Jain.
The lively discussion explored the artist's ethnographic documentation of her domicile and other metropolitan cities as well. By examining the artist’s dual role as a creator and a citizen, the dialogue traversed multiple genres to question society, expression, and artistic responsibility in today’s world.
The session concluded as a resonant success, bridging the gap between Kanodia’s ethnographic vision and the collective responsibility of the modern citizen.
